About the Role
- Plan and execute social media growth strategies together with the marketing team to grow the existing community on Twitter and LinkedIn, and other potential channels
- Work closely with the team to come up with relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand and event awareness for all events
- Create design briefs and work with the in-house designer for thumbnail, PPT, posters, overlays, or other creative assets needed for marketing campaigns
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns, such as AMAs, polls, Live streams, giveaways, podcasts’ guest appearances, and Twitter Spaces.
- Track the effectiveness of communications and manage feedback channels (data analysis), using the information to make recommendations that improve communications strategies.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to benefit both the long term and short term growth of the company
- KOL management: finding, building and maintaining beneficial and sustainable relationships with KOLS
- Any other end-to-end marketing and operations support needed
- Report daily to the head of the marketing
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing/business/mass communications or other related disciplines.
Strong interest and great willingness in the blockchain, crypto industry
Has overseas study experiences or have stayed overseas for a minimum of one year
Basic to intermediate graphic design knowledge is a huge plus
Solid understanding of major social media platforms and operations (Twitter, LinkedIn)
Available 3 months minimum with 4 days commitment per week
Key Skills
Good project management and strong communication skills
Knowledge of basic live streaming tools, video editing and design skills are added advantages.
Strong copywriting skills and attention to details
Self-motivated, brand confident, have strong capability of business negotiation power
